3. Background Checks

Depending on the role and local regulations, the Company may conduct background checks after a conditional offer. Any offer may be contingent on satisfactory results.

5. No Employment Guarantee

Submission of an application does not create an obligation for the Company to offer employment, contract, or any form of engagement. Any potential engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

6. At-Will & Local Law

Where applicable, employment with the Company is at-will and may be terminated at any time by either party, with or without cause or notice, subject to local law and any written agreement.

7. Confidentiality & Work Product

You agree not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the recruitment process. If engaged, confidentiality, IP ownership, and related terms will be governed by your agreement with the Company.
